Martin Harrison, Living Things: Five Poems
“What Harrison is doing here is articulating a kind of space from which poetry emerges, a space of poem fragments and drifting, poetic monologues….Music is a splash in a pond, a beautiful dispersion of language and of moment.” Stuart Cooke, Jacket 28.
Martin Harrison was born in Yorkshire, England, in 1949. He studied at the University of Cambridge. After living for three years in New Zealand, he settled in Sydney in 1978.
