Jessie Tu, You should have told me we have nothing left (dB3)

Jessie Tu received a Joseph Furphy Literary Prize and the Monologue Award for her script ’18 lessons’ (published in The Voices Project, Currency Press). She was shortlisted for the Peter Porter Poetry Prize in 2017. She is recently returned from a workshop in creative non-fiction writing at the Iowa Summer Writer’s Festival, University of Iowa. ‘Another Country’, an extract from her memoir-in-progress was shortlisted for the Deborah Cass Prize in 2017, judged by Alice Pung. She received an Australia Council travel grant to study in the USA.
