Jane Gibian, Long Shadows

Long shadows is a collection of haiku in two parts. Street-life in Hanoi, gumnuts and Australian summers; poet Jane Gibian evokes the sensations of specific landscapes through the haiku form.

"Jane Gibian has a delicate and intuitive style…and her haiku brilliantly express the transient, fleeting nature of experience and perception." Judith Beveridge in Island

Jane Gibian’s publications include her collection Ardent (Giramondo, 2007) and small adjustments and other poems (Wagtail poetry magazine, Picaro Press, 2008).
